NEXT DAY UK DELIVERY £9* Available for orders placed before 1pm Monday - Thursday. Next day orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Next day orders placed after 1pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
EU STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard £10-£20 depending on weight. Free over £299. You will be sent TNT Tracking information as soon as it is available. Shipping time 3-5 days*
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard £25-£30*. Cut off for same day dispatch is 3pm. Shipping time 3-6* working days dependent on Royal Mail UK, your local Mail provider & Custom checks. Free over £399.
We ship to most locations on a 'Delivery Duty Paid' basis which means all relevant import taxes/dutied will be included in product prices. Occasionally an additional remote area location fee will apply as standard from delivery service operators. You will be notified of this where necessary. All order recipients are sent an airway bill number to track parcels.
In the event that we cannot deliver to you within the time specified when placing your order, or an item is out of stock, we will let you know and try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. All new orders are taken as separate and therefore treated individually.
NOTIFICATION OF SHIPPING
Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you an email notifying you of this. This will be our acceptance of your order and this completes the contract between you and us. This will apply regardless of whether, for reasons out of our control, you have not received that email. If we have informed you that your order hasn't been accepted or if you have cancelled your order in accordance with the returns policy, we will not dispatch your goods.
We take full responsibility for all orders up until the time dispatch and will take every care to ensure packaging is secure to protect the goods whilst in transit.
